City Legal Services

Web Branding that Takes the stress out of Legal and Mortgage Broking Services.

The Challenge

City Legal Services was established in 1975 and, as the name implies, the services include property settlements, property enquiries (both manually and online), searching Land Titles, ASIC and other government authorities, court filing together with loan processing and document preparation. Traditionally this has been a very confusing sector to understand but as any lawyer, builder or developer knows this is a crutial service.

This sector has also been slow to adapt their brand image so it has been a great experience to develop this area and streamline both the service, visual appeal and content flow of this Website.

In this volatile sector we are aware of the potential for breach of client confidentially and as such our business has been built on the integrity of our experienced staff, backed by our attention to detail and outstanding customer service that goes beyond the normal expectation. Our relationships with our clients and business partners are based on absolute trust and confidence in our ability.

The Solution

Icon Innovations was briefed to support the family based City Legal, professional personalised service and their connections with over 40 lenders, both Bank and non Bank sources. Their unique position providing an ongoing commitment to monitoring and adjusting their clients loan requirements and services was essential.

At Icon Innovations we listen carefully to build Websites that not only look good but serve to build on your local business.
